Every provider on our platform is certified by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) and authorized to certify patients under New York's Medical Cannabis Program through the OCM Medical Cannabis Data Management System.
All telehealth appointments are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Utica patients' health information is handled with complete confidentiality throughout the process.
Every certification follows OCM requirements. Registration is automatic upon certification — no state fee, no application, no portal for Utica patients to navigate independently.

The patient presents it — paper or phone — plus a government-issued photo ID at any licensed New York State medical cannabis dispensary.
Governor Hochul signed Senate Bill 2025-S3294A on November 25, 2025, further modernizing New York's Medical Cannabis Program. The legislation streamlined the certification process, eased provider requirements to reduce participation barriers, and added out-of-state patient reciprocity — allowing registered medical cannabis patients from other states to purchase from New York State dispensaries.
